Chicken Salad




Ingredients:
5 to 6 Boneless Skinnless Chicken Breasts
Mayonnaise
Sweet Pickle Relish
Celery (I used 3 to 4 stalks)
pinch of salt
pinch of sugar if you like it sweeter

Directions:

  1. Boil the chicken and let cool.
  2. Dice the chicken up and add the other ingredients.
  3. Refrigerate and enjoy!!!

"I really don't measure anything, I just toss everything in til it tastes just right!You can fix this up however you want - you can make it low carb using regular mayo or low fat using reduced or fat free mayo. No matter how you do it, it's good stuff. "
