Fresh Apple Cake



Fresh Apple Cake

Ingredients:
Apples, sliced
White or yellow cake mix
1/2 C (1 stick) butter

Directions:
  1. Layer your apple slices (or other fruit) at the bottom of a pan (9x11) that has been coated with non-stick spray.
  2. Sprinkle on boxed cake mix.
  3. Pour 1/2 cup of melted butter over the fruit and dry cake mix. Do NOT stir!
  4. Bake at 350* for approximately 35-45 minutes -- it's done when it is nice and bubbly.
