Nancy Baker's Zucchini Brownies

 My Zucchini Brownies 


2 c. sugar
1/2 cup cocoa
1 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. evaporated milk

1Tbsp. vanilla
3 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 1/2 c. flour
2 cups grated zucchini


Mix above ingredients in order listed. Pour into greased and floured 15x10x1 pan. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes.

Chocolate Glaze: bring to boil 1cube margarine, 3 Tbsp. evaporated milk, and 2 Tbsp. cocoa. Remove from hear and add 1/2 lb. powdered sugar. Beat until smooth. Spread thinly over hot brownies. Cool completely before serving.
Moist and delicious!!
