Creamy Shrimp Chowder

Ingredients:
1/2 cup celery (chopped)
1/3 cup onion (diced)
2 Tbsp butter
8 oz cream cheese
1 cup milk
1 1/2 cups potatoes (cubed)
1/2 pound prepared cooked shrimp (thaw and drain)
2 Tbsp dry white wine
1/2 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Saute celery and onions in butter in a large pot.
  2. Mix in cheese and milk, stirring over low heat until the cheese melts.
  3. Mix in the potatoes, shrimp, wine and salt. Heat, stirring occasionally. Serve and enjoy!
Serves 4
