Oil, enough to coat all sides of the wedges
Seasonings to taste
- Scrub potatoes and cut into wedges.
- Place the cut potatoes in a sealable plastic bag.
- Add a little oil and your favorite seasoning and shake well to coat.
- Pour onto a baking sheet or stoneware pan.
- Bake at 425 degrees for about 20-25 minutes (french fry cut) or longer for wedges.
