Ingredients:
2 ripe avocados
1 teaspoon lime juice
1 green onion, diced
1 garlic clove, minced (optional)
½ small tomato, chopped
Pinch of salt (optional)
Directions:

Directions:
- Peel avocados.
- Place them in a bowl and mash with a fork.
- Add lime juice, green onion, garlic, tomato, and salt stirring well.
