EASIEST YEAST ROLLS EVER:
1 pack yeast
3/4 cup warm water
2 1/2 cups Bisquick
1 Tbsp sugar
1/4 cup melted butter
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Dissolve yeast in water. Put Bisquick, sugar, and yeast in a large bowl mix well flour your work surface turn dough out knead for 12-15 minutes shape into rolls place in a greased pan cover with damp towel let rise 1 hour brush with melted butter bake for 12-15 minutes add more butter. Mmmm!
Too much water. Had to add about a cup more of flour just to be able to gather and form mixture into a ball.
ReplyDeletemind_84: were you using flour or Bisquick mix? I haven't yet tried these, so I'm not sure what to tell you about them. But that was a question that I had.
