

Ingredients:
1 1/4 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 tsp salt
5 oz (10 Tbs) butter
3 medium eggs
1/2 tsp vanilla
2 cups flour
3/4 Tbs baking powder
3/4 cup walnuts, optional
1/4 tsp salt

Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350˚.
- Cream brown sugar, sugar, salt, and butter together.
- Add eggs and vanilla, and mix until creamy.
- Add flour and baking powder and mix for one minute. Stir in walnuts if desired.
- Pour mixture into a 9x13 greased baking pan and bake at 350˚ for 25 minutes.
