

ORIGINAL Source: An Organic Wife
Ingredients:
2 TBS. ground ancho chiles
2 tsp. ground chipotle chiles
1 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. Mexican oregano
1/2 tsp. cayenne
Directions:
- Grind dried ancho chilies in a blender or food processor to make a powder. You may sift the powder over a fine mesh sieve to get out the seeds and larger pieces, but that is for appearance only.
- Grind the chipotle chilies in the same way.
- Pour the two powders in a 4-ounce mason jar with the cumin, Mexican oregano, and cayenne.
- Close the lid and shake it up!
